40 Back squats for time with 60% of 1RM.
**You can break it up anyway you want.
**4 sets of 10, or 10 sets of 4, etc. Up to you.
Chelsea (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Every minute on the minute for 30 minutes:
**You are allowed to skip rounds.
**Accumulate as many rounds as possible, however, a round must be squeezed in a minute.
