I’ll post a sample of max out attempts if you plan to do that this week. Otherwise we’ll work on these Tues (max Snatch) and Thurs (max C&J) of next week.
Snatch (45%x2,50%x2, – 60, 70,75,80,85,90,95,100+% x1 each)
get plenty of bar work in and mobility. warm up well but don’t wear yourself out
Clean and Jerk (45%x2,50%x2, – 60, 70,75,80,85,90,95,100+% x1 each)
rest about 10 minutes between snatch and c&j if doing on same day
