Split Jerk (best 3 reps)

use blocks as needed

Back Squat (best 3 reps)

Bench Press (best 3 reps)

Clean Grip Behind the Neck Press (best 3 reps)

do this after bench to help stretch out the chest and shoulders

Strength Accessory

barbell roll outs 3 sets of 10-12

use the smaller 5kg plates and a more narrow grip than last week
