* You must finish all 15 reps (wall balls and burpees) before switching.
* Only 1 athlete working at a time.
* If ball hits the ground in the middle of the 10 wall ball set. Resting partner must complete 3 burpees before working partner continues with the wall balls.
* Log in rounds and reps.
